Summary of research

Madelijn Strick is Associate Professor in Social Psychology at Utrecht University. She’s an expert on social influence, communication, and behavioral change. In addition, she studies the social impact of humor.  

One of her main scientific objectives is to increase the connection between science and society, and to delve deeper into the psychological underpinnings of social behavior. She is Director of Continuing Education for the Faculty of Social Sciences in Utrecht and coordinator of the professional master Social, Health, and Organisational Psychology.
