On Thursday, December 5, 2019, Naomi Ellemers will receive a honorary doctorate from the University of Louvain (UCLouvain).
The Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences and Research Institute IPSY will award the title of Doctor Honoris Causa to three scientific personalities with exemplary academic trajectories, in recognition of the scientific and societal significance of their contributions to psychology and educational sciences. On the same day, the 50th anniversary of the faculty and the 10th anniversary of the Institute will be celebrated.
The presentation of the honorary doctorates is part of a whole day of activities, in which the lustrum of the faculty is celebrated. In the morning there is a symposium, the celebration and presentation of the honorary doctorates take place in the afternoon and early evening. See here for the program and for registration.
