Warmest congratulations to Dr Kshitij Mor, SCOOP's newest PhD graduate!
Kshitij has successfully defended his dissertation, "Through the Rainbow Looking Glass: Unravelling Queer Inclusion in the Workplace", where he examined how workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts shape the experiences, well-being, and engagement of LGBTQ+ employees. He found that inclusion isn't simply a matter of putting policies in place, but depends on how companies frame, communicate, and enact diversity in everyday organisational life.
With SCOOP, Kshitij also put together a practical toolkit for HR professionals to help organisations foster LGBTQ+ inclusion. For a summary of findings and concrete recommendations, download the policy handout.
