SCOOP is proud to announce that PhD researcher Sayoni Santara has sucessfully completed her dissertation, which she will be defending on November 2nd, 2026.
Her dissertation, "A fragile achievement: the production, sustainability and complicity of cooperation in organizations" investigates the causes, processes and consequences of cooperation decay in organizations including in banks leading up to the Global Financial Crisis.
