SCOOP is proud to announce that PhD researcher Kshitij Mor has sucessfully completed his dissertation, which he will be defending on March 13, 2026.
His dissertation, "Through the Rainbow Looking Glass: Unraveling Queer Inclusion in the Workplace" investigates how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) influences the experiences, well-being, and engagement of LGBTQ+ employees.
